Motion sickness in pregnancy?
I’ve always struggled with motion sickness when on a bus, coach or a boat but I’ve never struggling in a car... until now.
It takes less than 5 minutes before my eyes tear up and my stomach starts doing flips. I already use the bands that push into your pressure point on your wrist, is there anything else I can do?
I open the window, sip water, focus on my breathing and yet I still feel like I’m going to throw up from the second we’re on the move. Any help would be much appreciated!😔
