I recently learned that baby's don't get a fever with teething. That is actually a myth that some doctors still believe is true. Are his gums swollen? Does it look like his gums are white? My 7 month old is getting two teeth in at the same time. He has runny poop that has a little mucous in it. He is more irritable as well. This is his second time teething. The last time he also had two teeth cut through at the same time. I just give him Tylenol every 6 hours as needed per his weight.
