Help me mamas. My baby has been in daycare three days a week since she was 5 months old. Daycare lady and I don’t see eye to eye. Everytime I pick my baby up, its a tirade of verbal diarrhea. Nora didn’t sleep, didn’t eat, etc. Shes said before that Nora has ruined days. But then the next time I drop her off, the woman acts fine and apologizes. I swear- the last month it’s been an issue every time. Welp once again crying the whole way home from daycare. She told me that we have to look at cutting down hours she’s there or days totally. Who actually has a job that they can do that?! Nora is walking, and into everything. She’s been suuupper irritable (like, doesn’t want to be held, yet doesn’t want to be set down. Super fun.) the last week. I’m not saying that my baby is a perfect angel and this woman is the devil, but I’m also wondering if she just doesn’t like us. She doesn’t do what I ask, and is super quick to talk a little shit about my babe. I don’t bode well with that.

Every other daycare is full. What do I do??
