SIL not on top of baby shower she’s throwing...

My SIL (sisters-in-law) offered to throw me a baby shower, kind of out of the blue, a few weeks ago. I wasn’t planning on having one because no one had offered to throw one for me, but I still have a registry because I need a lot of stuff, even though this is my second baby. I had a baby shower with my first, but we have NOTHING from my first baby because my mom and grandma insisted I give all my baby stuff to both of my sisters, as they both had kids the last few years. (My son is currently 3.5, soon to be 4, so it’s been some time) She lives in a different state than me so it was shocking, but I was thrilled she offered. I really wanted one, but no one wants to ask for a shower, you know? This is our last baby so I’m trying to enjoy as much as I can. She and I planned it for April 4th and she is planning to fly out for a couple days and that weekend. Well the shower is just over a month out now and she hasn’t even made or sent out invites...I told my family she was going to throw me one so I’ll be kind of embarrassed if she flakes on me. She is a very flaky person. She gets really into doing or planning something, until something else comes along to distract her. (Ex: she got a puppy right after she offered to throw it, and just yesterday decided she was going to go to the police academy...)I’m not sure if I should say anything about sending the invites because I don’t want to come off as controlling...it sucks that she offered and we got all exited and into planning it for a few days and now it’s been a while since she’s even mentioned it. We actually made an invitation and planned a theme, then she got the new puppy and decided she wasn’t going to send out invites and was just going to do evites instead because of time restraints. Well that was 2 weeks ago. Any advice?
