Tuesday my husband and I found out I had a miscarriage, I opted to take misoprostol. This is my second dose and I don’t think it’s working, I really wanted to avoid having a D&C I’m so scared. This is already such a painful process since we had been trying for a long time and were so excited. Now I’m just broken and not passing anything. Any tips? I took my second dose around 2pm it’s now 5pm and I’ve just been cramping. The first dose all I had was cramping and some bleeding and a little tissue it was dark in color but, nothing else.
