Switching from IUD to the pill.

So I had an IUD for 2 years after having my daughter and recently switched to the pill. I got my IUD taken out and started the pill 2 days later. On the first day of the brown pills, there was very dark, almost black blood but I never bled anymore after that and it’s been a week and still no bleeding. I’ve been extremely nauseous and unable to eat anything. There’s also tiny painful bumps on my nipples that look like clogged milk ducts.

Any opinions?
