Twins and no symptoms?!

Question

Just curious of whose had any symptoms, or lack thereof. I’m 17weeks, and so far from conception to now the only symptoms I’ve had is exhaustion, severe hunger and acne. I just started having a few 30second episodes of heartburn but nothing else. This is the third pregnancy, so I’m just curious is it can be normal or just every pregnancy and person is different kind of thing.

I never had any, pretty much the entire time until about 28 weeks I started getting horrible heartburn. I could drink milk and get heartburn lol..and literally as soon as they were born I could eat spicy stuff again and was perfectly fine with it.

I'm 32 weeks with twins now and I've had pretty consistent heartburn from 10 weeks on, but that has been my only symptom!

Oh no gosh consider yourself lucky. I am 11 weeks, have been nauseous/throwing up since week 5, acid reflux, skin breaking out, extremely exhausted, feeling like total trash. I knew I was having twins before my US because I was so miserable

Many symptoms :so food let a sour taste ,I don’t go along with milk but I eat solid cheese,and I cannot eat lot of sweets and cakes ,I get along with salty food like salad and homemade food.
