Okay so me and my ex are no longer together we have a 5 year old together and he recently 6 months ago just got out of prison for 4 years for drugs. He comes out saying he's changing his life wants our son in his life. Fast foward I give him a chance to be a dad for him cause I want him to have a relationship with him. For 6 months tho I was the one to always bring him there and pick him up I grew tired of being the only one to do so he would be like I'll try and I get he has no car but it's gets overwhelming being the only one to do so and there's been times where I've allowed him to go there and I would get promises he would bring him back n in the end it was a lie I would have to get him. So hes been unreliable with his word. But I started to notice Everytime he would go with his dad and come back he would be more disrespectful to me and started talking about things kids shouldn't even know about now I get his a kid and was interested in monsters and scary things but he's dad has been letting him watch scary things like Texas chainsaw and Freddy Kruger Jason now he talks about knives and killing and how chainsaw guy cut up people it's very alarming to me cause I don't let him watch that. And this is thing that I been told by my son over periods of time. He leaves for a week to see his dad time he's dad begs to see him and says he got a vehicle now to bring him home and everything so I let him go but close to a week in trying to find out when he's coming home and I get his coming home tommrow and excuses for 3 days so I ended up having to get him just to find out during that time he been letting him watch grand theft auto on his YouTube apple box it's a device to let him watch TV. But also my ex don't like my husband over ex disrespecting me. My ex been corrupting my son telling him that he's gonna beat my husband up n fight him and that he needs to tell him that so when my son sees his step dad he says that to him and that made me livid and hurt but mad at his dad . Saying that to a 5 year old. He got me very concerned for my child I worked hard 5years to teach my son right and wrongs and this guy comes in teaching him bad things and not being the parent he should be. I don't know what to do. How would I get full custody ? Don't know what evidence I have beside seeing how it is affecting my son and what he has told me and seen for myself. Even family have noticed change in my son
