yeast infection? uti? something else??

My boyfriend and i have been having a lot of sex this past week... He just found out that i orgasm almost within 10 minutes of clitoris stimulation and almost every night he did that.. I noticed yesterday that i am now having itching/discomfort around my clitoris and opening of my vagina and today i noticed my clitoris is swollen and there are scrapes (overly aggressive) near it... I suppose that's why i have itching/discomfort there but i also have discomfort in my vagina.. could it be just that we've been having too much sex and it's probably sore?? ***NO BURNING DURING PEE

NO FOUL SMELLING DISCHARGE**... i've never had a yeast infection so i'm not sure if my discharge should raise alarm.
