Looks like a girl to me but if you want to know for sure you should get a blood test done that tells you the gender

My doctor told me the labia is likely to swell later in pregnancy so if you had it confirmed early but it’s looking different later then it’s probably the swelling. She said it’s due just to blood flowing and everything connecting and moving to the proper place on the baby.
