Ruptured ovarian Cyst

Hi ladies.

About 6 years ago I was diagnosed with pcos ( polycystic ovarian syndrome) so I’m not shy of knowing the pain of a ruptured cyst. I’ve never had to go to the doctor about one as the pain is usually manageable.

About 4 days ago I noticed the pain of a cyst bursting and maybe a day later I broke out in cold sweats suddenly, my stomach dropped and I almost threw up all of that lasted maybe 20 minutes before my body just went to normal. I was masturbating and noticed I started bleeding a little bit which I know is something to see a doctor about with rupturing cysts. The bleeding stopped and hasn’t started again but I’m wondering if anybody thinks I should go to emergency? This has never happened before. Thanks in advance x
