Coffee during pregnancy!!?
I had a miscarriage in October and just found out I’m pregnant again. I was wondering if someone has done extensive research on coffee and whether it’s safe. I know one study states you can drink no more than 200 mg but I’ve also read there is nothing that states any amount of coffee is safe.
Also, any thoughts on decaf? I know that still has some caffeine but I’ve read mixed reviews and that it could be worse than regular coffee because of how it’s processed.
I’m fine with cutting out coffee all together - just wanted to get some opinions because I do love it!
