newborn poop

my twins are 5 days old now. one of them poops consistently and the other hasn’t pooped since meconium in the hospital. he tries and he’s super gassy but he hasn’t pooped since monday when he was born. is there anyway i can promote a bowel movement? i’m just worried his little belly hurts.
