So I was wondering did anyone do the extinction method? Does it really only take 2 days and than they sleep through the night???

Or has anyone tried little z’s? Please don’t suggest TakingCaraBabies!

My husband is 100 percent against sleep training and I’m the one who takes care of baby 100 percent without him!

And so I think I might have to result in doing extinction if it’s fe fastest method while husband is out of town..

But if it doesn’t work that fast I might need to convince to let me do something more gentle like little z’s!? Has anyone tried either??
