Dye runs??

Question

I know this test is super dried I saw it when I came home from work today.
I don’t remember it having any of this when I left for work this morning not even all that dye on the right lol
I don’t have any experience with these dye runs.. 
Do they normally leave a colored line where the test line is ?
Not getting my hopes up over it just curious if anyone has experienced this

Definitely a dye/run and that’s an evap. You can retest but this is considered invalid.
