My 2 year old has been getting these little rashes on her face that come and go.. does anyone know what this might be?

My baby was having similar  rashes and when I went to the doctor she told me that my baby have eczema and the doctor recommended me to put vaseline and it really helps a lot. but you would ask the pediatric for a referral to a dermatologist can be something else.

Are you putting hydrocortisone on the face? There’s slight hypopig under the lesions

Does it blister? If so see Dr.
Could be eczema but it could be a staph infection too it’s hard to tell on here

Is it on both sides? Is it dry? If it’s accompanied by either of these, I want to say dry skin or eczema and little one keeps scratching at it.
