30 minute naps are the bane of our lives 😪
Has anyone found the miracle to extending naps beyond 30 mins yet? 😫
My 20w baby takes 3 x 30 min naps a day which wouldn’t be a problem but come 6pm she’s clearly cranky/over tired but then bedtime is a challenge because she will fight going to sleep? Then once she finally does go to sleep she wakes up at 30 mins and takes another 1 to 1.5 hours to go back down.
But once we hit that mark she sleeps through and I’ve watched on the monitor - if she does wake up overnight she looks around and goes back to sleep so I know she’s capable of self settling to some extent.
I don’t know how to help her sleep better? 🤯
