I’m 19w3d and haven’t gained any weight yet. I did start out overweight (194lbs at 5’6), so I know I probably shouldn’t have gained much. So far everything has gone great and the heartbeat at my 16 week appointment was perfect. I’m also feeling very pregnant. Lots of heartburn, body aches, round ligament pain, showing, etc. I’ve also generally been eating a lot better and (obviously) not drinking any alcohol (I used to drink beer and wine a few nights a week.) I’m just wondering if I’m worrying for nothing or I should be concerned.
