Can you get pregnant from outercourse?

I’m currently on the combo pill and I have outercourse with my boyfriend (Outercourse is other sexual activities besides vaginal sex, and we don’t have anal). We do oral, 69, and fingering but I make sure he had no pre cum or semen on his fingers. Am I safe from pregnancy?
