Pregnant!!!

So I had implantation bleeding on the 19 of February ( I’m pretty sure that’s what it was) and got a positive test the day I was supposed to start my period. I already have a daughter and I’m only 19 I’m so excited but also nervous. Any advice for a second time mom?
