Flex Cup tips or help?
I just bought a slim fit flex cup and I’ve never tried a menstrual cup before. I’m small framed but I used tampons so I thought that is would still be pretty easy to insert. But I can’t seem to get it in without a lot of pain and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, I’ve watched YouTube videos and everything. Please help
