Getting a cold— what can I do?

Hey ladies! 
I feel like others have already posted about this so I apologize for not looking at those posts! But could use some help. I’m coming down with a cold: woke up with a sore throat and my nose is starting to get runny. I’ve been gargling with salt water since I woke up. What else can/should I do? Take Tylenol?

Benadryl, Tylenol cold & sinus and mucinex is on my list to take for meds when sick. I have a cold too and I have been taking mucinex for 2 days (10ml twice a day) and took a Benadryl last night and I honestly feel a little better today.  I’m going to take a Benadryl tonight before bed and probably won’t take anything tomrw. But most importantly just make sure you are eating plenty of food and drinking plenty of fluids.

I’ve had one since Tuesday and I’ve just been taking Tylenol when the headaches from sinus pressure are too much to ignore.

I’m on day 5 of a nasty cold with bronchitis and it has seriously taken me down.  The only thing I can take is Tylenol for pain.  It sucks!!! Just try to stay ahead of it by drinking plenty of water and resting.
