Anyone else experience this?

I’ve been trying to get into going to the gym, lately all I’ve really done is get on the treadmill and walk but everytime I go to do that after about 10 minutes in I get super dizzy, get a really bad migraine, get really tired, and feel like I’m about the pass out. I also feel like I’m walking in a zig zag pattern until the feeling goes away. Again this is from walking only so I’m not really pushing myself or doing anything that could cause me to overextert myself
