Help!

I have an IUD without monthly periods so I have no idea if/when I ovulated, or if I did at all. I have just been feeling overall blah the last couple day’s. On and off nausea and just icky. I don’t think I see anything, but I wanted more opinions. I’m 9 months postpartum with my first. Thanks!!
