Not sure if im pregnant 🤷🏼‍♀️

Im on the birth control patch I change it weekly same day as instructed. I am on antibiotics for a ear infection my gynecologist said it makes my birth control weaker and less effective. I had the flu from February 13th to 17th... Me and my husband had intercourse February 20th and 22nd. The week of February 24th through the 28th monday i was really dizzy all day. Tuesday it was most of the day. wensday and Thursday it was rare.. i thought it was my ear infection putting me off balance... i took a pregnancy test Saturday 29th came up negative.. i started spotting brown globs randomly Saturday afternoon around 1 also has mild cramps they stoped that day had the cramps most of the day today.. alot of my friends that have had kids say im having I play ion bleeding why the brown globs.. there small.. i have 4 symptoms of being pregnant but negative pregnancy test ( i have headaches, cramping, spotting and they dizzyness from a week ago)... COULD I BE PREGNANT?
