I've got PCOS and it gives me cramps that last for two weeks before I finally get my period.. but the pain usually starts around the time my periods are due (periods usually late)

But this time they've started midcycle.. I have horrible cramps, backache and I am fillllllled with so much rage! I'm usually a calm and patient person, but today is something else entirely! It feels like my blood pressure is sky high.

I don't know what to do, I don't think I'm pregnant since we only BDd once in my fertile window (I'm 2dpo according to Glow), and have been trying to conceive for two years now. I really really need advice because it's driving me crazy how I've been all day.

Also I've got indigestion, and TMI have been very gassy all night :(
