Any suggestions to get him to sleep?!?!

It is currently 4:00am where I live and I JUST got my son to sleep. Every night around 10:00pm he starts getting extremely fussy, to the point where absolutely nothing makes him stop screaming. During the day he’s an amazing baby. Wakes up on his own every couple of hours to eat, naps really well but as soon as 10:00pm hits, look out! I don’t think it’s a reflux issue as he has only ever spit up once. Any ideas or suggestions?!?!

At 9:40pm wale him to feed him then burp him while doing this keep the room dim and don’t play the tv however light music is ok ...my almost 3week old also sleeps better in the day than at night but feeding him right before he usally wakes up helps

I’m having the same issue with my baby. He’s almost 3 weeks old. Our midwife told us that babies digestive systems haven’t fully developed and are still getting used to eating, digesting etc. Your baby probably has a really sore tummy (like ours). Make sure you’re burping properly, give gripe water/colic calm after feeds, bicycle kicks, dummy. It’s horrible to watch! Good luck.

Have you tried a bedtime routine? Or trying to put him down earlier?

I think that’s common for colic, it starts in the evening. I’m no help bc i don’t have experience with it, but I’d talk to the pediatrician about it. I’m sorry, that’s so rough.

Perhaps wants to eat more? Could be cluster feeding

Try gas drops! I got the target brand kind, and it works wonders. Calms him down and able to go back to sleep after feedings.
