I want to get on birth control do you guys have any suggestions ?

There is no 'best'. It depends on a lot of things, like how often and accurate can you remember to take it, what side effects will you have from that specific hormone combination, do you want to skip periods. It is also important to know why you want to take it, for birth control, to make your periods easier, to control conditions like PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, or to clear up hormonal skin conditions.

Personally, I found that the implant (Nexplanon) worked best for me. I had minimal side effects, almost no periods, and I did not have to remember to take it.
IUDs seem to be making a comeback, so that may also be worth a look if you want to try that.
The one method I hear a lot of complains about is the depo shot. Most often I hear about irregular bleeding, breakthrough bleeding, and your menstruation taking a long time to restart after stopping. But for some women, this is the best method they ever tried.
So in summary, your body and chemistry is unique, so my recommendation will likely not work for you. YOU have to work with your doctor or clinic to find what is best for you.
