Please help and give advice 😩😩
My obgyn wants me to start tracking my temp to track ovulation and all of that.
My problem is my sleep schedule is extremely thrown off most of the time. She said to take it around the same time each morning and get 4-6 hrs of sleep before taking it. What’s your best advice ? I really want to start doing this.
I have already started ovulation tests and tracking my cervical mucus and position. I’ve been doing basically everything except bbt
