44 here Midcarried twice since turning 43 but delievwrsd my son at 42 n a half..he s great no problems. I'm 7dpo..the wait sicks but I try n keep busy ..I always get asked what I did at 41 to conceive..inonly BD one time that month ..I wasnt trying yet exactly..didmt know how to track but I was taking good supplements including a multi a d3 plus calcium extra vitamin c  between 500 n 1000 mg a day and a superfood supplement called spirulina..excercise 3 to 5 days a week for .I googled spirulina n found it says for fertility I was taking for a long while ..it a very nutrient dense and alkaline..affordable n awesome all around.I had no alcohol n maybe 3 cups of caffeine..actually more like caffeine pills but same thing a week..I've since started taking coenzyme q 10 or u ubiquinol n had a lighter period in 30 days n shorter..this was advice from a naturopath..also she said take no refined sugar as it s very bad n also no caffeine bc cells have to reset n it takes 70 days for that to happen
