Breastfeeding and medical abortion

I have an infant that is nearly 2 months old and last night I had a positivepregnancy test despiteusing nexplanon and condoms. I just want to know if anyone knows how safe it is to get a medical abortion while breastfeeding. Has anyone done it..? How do you cope after..? Especially with having a baby at the time..
