How early do you start getting pms?

I usually start to pms like 5 days before my period starts. This time my nipples are hurting and I’m extremely emotional. It’s 12 days until my next period. I’m not sure if it’s pms or maybe pregnancy symptoms? Has anyone experienced anything like this?

It’s not pregnancy related it to early. But it could be from ovulation, or proges rise after ovulation

You can’t have pregnancy symptoms that far away from your period.

Im lucky i dont normally get pms symptoms tull the day before my period some months it will start up a day or 2 earlier but normaly i will get sore boobs, a pimple or 2 and a few mild cramps the day before AF's arrival and I know she's on her way!!

“PMS” is kind of a vague term for symptoms that happen before your period. I get pms symptoms almost immediately after ovulation occurs and they last until I get my period. That’s why early pregnancy symptoms and pms symptoms are nearly impossible to distinguish.
