Baby fever!!!

So my fiancé and I have agreed to wait for another few years and until after our wedding etc to have a baby but I can’t get it out of my head, I’ve been like this for months, getting broody walking past baby clothes and toys and stuff... this morning we had unprotected sex for the first time since coming off birth control and I’m supposed to start ovulating tomorrow... changes of pregnancy today were meant to be “high” I don’t wanna get excited cause very few people get pregnant the first time but is it possible?
