Sinuses are slowly killing me
Okay so my doctor said there isn’t much I can do but my lawd my sinuses are killing me
They have been dry since month 2 I’m now on month 8
They have only been getting worse
I use nasal spray, take steamy showers, drink lots of water etc and they are still so dry and inflamed
It gets to the point where my nose bleeds cause it’s so dry
Any suggestions???
