In trimester 1, just no twisting in lower abdomen. I have been doing yoga nearly every day. It was very hard with morning sickness but it is much better now. There are so many prenatal yoga videos on YouTube and even a few specifically for first trimester

Just tell your instructor that you are pregnant and they will give you recommendations. Listen to your body if it feels like something isn't a good choice for you.
