Birth Control

Guys I need help. I started a new birth control... I’m on my second week now (Junel Fe 1/20) . I have spotting and terrible cramps, which has never happened to me in the past, but ik it’s likely because I’ve started something new and my body is adjusting. I have been crying my eyes out and having dark thoughts, which I usually know how to cope with. I feel super nauseous, bloated and get headaches. Now I know these are side effects to the medication but I don’t know if I should try getting a different pill or just wait it out to see if these side effects subside.
