POTs dysautonomia/ exercise/fitness

I just want to start by saying I have POTS dysautonomia and I haven’t exercised in forever. So this post isn’t super urgent and it’s probably not a big deal but I’m sure all of us have felt insecure about their bodies before. Before pregnancy I was 5’4 110lbs. I’m currently 5’4 119lbs 7 months postpartum. I really want to get back to where I used to be and have so lean muscle definition but upon having a baby and POTS and being out of shaped over a year, I’m worried about what exercises are safe but also gets you amazing results. Have any of you ever achieved that? What apps did you use? What exercise program did you follow? What diet? It’s probably stupid but I miss my ab definition and flat tummy haha.
