I typically ovulate on CD 21
I start testing around CD14, once a day until CD18 then twice a day following until I get my surge. Then once the next day to confirm.
I get the best results with second morning urine after a 2 hour hold

If I r beginner then test from day9 that u can know when u r ovaluting exactly.....I test once in cd9 and cd10 at 2pm and.....two times at cd11 to 'until I get positive'...at 12pm and 6pm

I start daily 3 days before I expect to ovulate. But I can feel when I ovulate so it's easier for me to track my cycle. When I get my peak I ovulate within 24 hours
