What time of day do you test for ovulation

I’ve always tested in the morning and have had clear results but I recently heard that testing like noonish gives better results but I personally believe it’s dependent on your body. My sister n law has been struggling to find her surge and she’s going to try morning noon and night until she figures out her bodies time!

I tested when I woke up for the day. So i could get up at 3am for animals or kid use the bathroom but I didn't test until the second time I got up 6/7am because that's just when I'm really up. Used the cb digital it worked for me.

It varies person to person. I get the best results with SMU after a 2 hour hold.

I test when i get up in the morning for work but if i dont work i test around 8ish. I always wake up around 4-5 and have to pee so its never my fmu which is why i think its alright to test earlier than noon. Testing at noon is too inconvenient for me
