Trying to lose weight

I came off the pill last July and after completing a triathlon in october I stopped exercising because I was trying to get pregnant and had a lot of fears about exercising too intensely....so I gained 20 pounds. I’ve started back eating healthy and exercising 4-5 days per week for the past 2 weeks and honestly I’m confused that I have lost any weight whatsoever. In the past I could at least see 1-2 pounds lost by the first week or two or changing my diet and increasing my activity level but I am not seeing any changes so far. I know I need to stick with it and be consistent but part of me is fearful that my hormones are unbalanced (I had a miscarriage in December) and I won’t ever be able to lose weight. I just need some encouragement. I want to be healthy more than anything and exercise is a major stress reliever for me, but it would be awesome to fit back into my clothes and feel good about myself. Just feeling kind of frustrated to be doing the hard work and see no payoff yet.
