How much more difficult is it to have kids with PCOS?

It really varies some get pregnant easy some struggle with infertility. There's also increased risks with pregnancy with PCOS including miscarriage. Just a matter of trying and being prepared for whatever comes.

I think it’s different for everyone I don’t personally have it my childhood best friend does she is now about to have her third.

So for me much more difficult and I hardly ever ovulated maybe 3/4 times a year if I was lucky 
However I have it very severe and some other problems as well which don’t help

It’s different for every woman. Some have no issues, some struggle a little, some struggle and need assistance from drs and meds and some really struggle. You don’t know until you try yourself. Both of my best friends have PCOS and both of their stories are so different
