So I’m 21 and just had my first Pap smear. The doctor said that everything looked good, and I tested for chlamydia, gonorrhea, and trich, which all came back negative.

I got official results back which says I need to come back in 1 year for another Pap smear because I have “atypical squamous cells of underdetermined significance”

I don’t know exactly what this means. My doctor just said to return in 1 year so I am a little concerned.

I have gotten all of my HPV vaccines and I’ve been getting tested.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it possible to have HPV even if I’ve gotten the vaccine?
