How long do you have your babies stay up from last nap until bed?

Trying to move around my son's schedule just a little bit. He currently takes 3 naps, wondering if I should transition to 2 naps..and want to see how everyone else is doing it.

We usually have 3.5 hours before bed.
Second nap ends at 3:30, bed at 7. I adjust bedtime based on when the nap ends though- yesterday she napped til almost 4 so we pushed back bedtime.

my boy naps for 1 to 1.5hrs in the morning and 30mins to an hour (if i’m lucky!) in the afternoon (around 1pm). that’s him til bedtime at around 7:30, and he’ll usually sleep until around 7am-ish
i’ve tried getting him to nap again in the afternoon but he’s not for it

9:20-10: wake up
11:30-12: 1st nap
3ish: 2nd nap
 Depending on how long he naps each time those will vary and then I try to get in his last nap around 4:30-5 cause bedtime is 8-8:30.
His nap times vary from 45 min to 2 hrs. I never know it’ll just depend on him really. But we’re usually good on 3. If he has super long naps or wake up super late in the morning it might just be 2

It varies based on the day and if she does a 3rd nap. If she does we wake her up when we get her from daycare and them it's about 3-3.5 hours. If she only naps twice its 5 hours.

My son naturally dropped his last nap, just over the past week or so, so I’m still figuring his new timings out. Generally speaking, he’s staying up 2-3 hours from his initial wake up and morning nap and 3-4 hours from his afternoon nap until bed. This really surprised me because he’s always had short wake windows since he used to be a serial cat napper, but because his nap lengths have increased so have his wake periods. 
On the topic of dropping the nap, I’d keep a 3 nap schedule until your LO starts refusing the last nap or if her wake period increases naturally and the last nap starts to push bedtime back too late. It’s perfectly normal for babies to stick with a 3 nap schedule until around 9 months so for me personally, I wouldn’t force it.
