Experiences of IVF vs natural pregnancy

Has anyone been through both an IVF and natural pregnancy? Were the two pregnancies different? Do you think it had anything to do with IVF/hormones/meds?

I’m pregnant with my second, which was a surprise pregnancy. My first was through IVF. I’m only 6 weeks so it’s hard to tell how I’m feeling but so far so good! but I had a very rough first trimester last time... really sick and tired, vomiting, thyroid issues which raised my blood pressure and heart rate. I’m wondering if some of that could’ve been triggered by the hormones I had to be on. I guess I’m just looking for some hope that this pregnancy may be easier 😂
