Specks of Blood in Diaper? UPDATE

UPDATE: Just got done at the pediatrician and it has been determined she has a dairy sensitivity. All is well.
Should I call her doctor? She's acting pretty normal. No diaper rash. Turned 5 months yesterday. She's EBF and no solids yet either. Is this normal?

I've checked for wounds and there aren't any visible places it could've come from and I haven't noticed her straining either

I would call the pediatrician. My friends baby had the same thing going on. Her doctor believes it could be a dairy allergy and she’s is EBF so Mom had to cut out dairy from her diet.

My son had those urate crystals but they didn't look like that. And it was only once and never again.

Check the butthole. Could have little tears if they were straining to poop. Happened to my daughter a few times
