How was it determined you would have c section?

My doctor said after 20 weeks I won’t have any more ultrasounds. So how would they determine if I needed one? I feel my

Measures big... but I’d there’s no more ultrasound how will I know for sure?

People safely vaginally deliver 10lb babies....they can tell if your baby is breech by feeling them. Unless you have an underlying issue or your baby is breech, most c sections are vaginal deliveries that turn to emergencies

1. Theres a medical indication with you 
2. If baby is in distress during labor, baby is breech, you are not progressing during labor (not dilating), baby is too big for birth canal
