We all have the flu! 😫

My one year old, my husband, and myself all have the flu (my son was diagnosed this morning, hubby and I haven’t gone to get tested, but it’s the same thing our little one has). My OB is closed, so I will call in the morning, but those of you that have experienced sickness through pregnancy, what helped your fever that was safe to take??? My first pregnancy was a breeze, so I never had to worry about anything like what medicine to take. I just need something for the fever and muscle aches... My son is on day 6 of having this and is at the tail end of the symptoms thank goodness!
