Are these known for giving fake faint positives? I had a d&c about 5 weeks ago. So, is left over hcg possible this far out?

I just found out I’m pregnant with a new pregnancy and I had a miscarriage 5 weeks before. I would think it’s a new pregnancy for u- esp after having a d&c. I passed everything on my own at 7wks 1day. Fingers crossed !!

These are bad tests and yes prob left over hcg

There could be left over Hcg at 5 week's but more unlikely than not. 
Definitely retest and try a pink dye if possible. I wish you luck
