Story time! π Update!! ππ
So unfortunately my husband and I have experienced 3 losses together.
One baby 2/17, our 2nd 11/19, and our 3rd 2/20.
For our 3rd our midwife was very optimistic but unfortunately our first draw of hcg was what she called too low and then our 2nd draw showed the inevitable, that we lost another baby.
So after that I went through ALOT of blood work that came back normal and even had an appt set up for fertility later this month just to get their opinion. And due to everything our midwife recommended we followed and MD ππ»
But much to our surprise...our 4th little babe surprised us! I hadnβt even had my first period after our last miscarriage!
We are both shocked, over joyed, and very nervous about this new baby.
I had my first positive test on 2/29 and was seen in office 3/2 at that time my hcg was 40 and progesterone at 15.5.
Our doctor said we are where he excepted us to be and wasnβt currently worried about my levels. I will get more levels drawn on 3/5!
He said we most likely have a November baby on our hands but it will be able to be more accurately calculated after our 2nd blood draw and our ultrasound. He said what makes it difficult calculating a due date currently is the close proximity to my last miscarriage. π€·π»ββοΈ
But currently I am feeling nauseous throughout the day, heartburn like feeling when I need to eat π€¦π»ββοΈ, frequent urination, and slight cramps especially when I do have to pee! Lol and I wouldnβt change a thing!
Prayers that this sweet baby be our little rainbow π and prayers to all the mommas out there no matter where youβre at in your journey! π sorry for the long post!
Update: My levels came back today as 3159!! Our first ultrasound of our little bean is Friday! Weβre so excited! π₯°π₯°
