I have PCOS when to take ovulation test?

Hey ladies I just found out last month that I have PCOS so now I am trying to find out what I need to About my body so that I can get pregnant (speaking it into existence). Here’s my cycle calendar from glow. I just brought some ovulation test a few minutes ago. When should I take the first test ?

OPKs are notoriously unreliable especially if you have PCOS.
A better way to track if you’re ovulating is cervical fluid AND basal body temperature. Women with PCOS will usually have multiple “patches” of fertile cervical fluid before actually ovulating. This is the result of your body gearing up for ovulation, but then for whatever reason, an egg doesn’t get released. So it tries again.
Cervical fluid will let you know when ovulation is being attempted, BBT will confirm that it actually happened, but only after the fact.
